Here are a few good tips to follow when riding in a Meru cab to set your mind at ease and make you ride more enjoyable
- Make a note of the cab number – This will be useful for giving us feedback, as well as in case you forget something inside the cab
- Always make sure that you pay the charges off the meter
- Always insist on getting a receipt at the end of trip (If you aren’t provided with one already)
- When vacating the cab, ensure you have not left any personal articles in the cab
- Always report any kind of problems to us immediately
